Frequently asked questions:





"How much is shipping?"

Simply add an item to your shopping cart and select your location. Click "recalculate" and shipping charges will be automatically calculated. Our shipping prices are extremely reasonable.



"Can I pick up my items in person?"

Absolutely! We are located in Martinsville, IN & are more than happy to have you visit us to save on shipping costs. Pick up is available by appointment only, items must be preordered by email, and paid for in cash or by credit card at the time of pick up. We do not accept Paypal for items that will be picked up.



"What forms of payment do you accept?"

At this time, we accept Paypal with a confirmed US or International address. We also accept Postal Money orders.

If you simply must pay with a check or other type of money order, it typically takes 3 weeks for payment to clear after we have received it. We are unable to accept any international checks.

If your order is over 200.00, we can also accept bank transfers.



"How quickly do you ship?"

Most order ship within 48 hours, excluding holidays or weekends. Occasionally--especially around Christmas and St. Patrick's Day--we get extremely busy and your order may ship a day or two later than expected. If you need something right away, please contact us first so we can let you know exactly when your item will ship.



"How fast will my item arrive?"

We wish that we could hand deliver everything overnight, but most orders take 7-10 business days to arrive within the US. International orders can take 10 days to 6 weeks depending on customs delays.



"I need to modify or cancel my order."

Unfortunately we cannot modify, change, exchange or cancel your order once it's been placed since our ordering process is automated and we do not keep your credit card information on file.



"What is your return policy?"

Check your order thoroughly upon receipt. Any damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order (within 24 hours). Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Sorry, but we cannot substitute a different item for any damaged or defective items.

To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, contact us via email. A return authorization code is required prior to mailing back your return & no items returned without a code will be accepted. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason.



"What about backorders?"

Very rarely, an item will be temporarily out of stock. If an item cannot ship within 7 days, you will be issued a refund. We do not issue notifications if your items will ship within 7 days, but you can contact us any time for a status update.



"Can I ship to an address different than my Paypal address?"

In order to protect you from fraud, we can only ship to your confirmed Paypal address. If you do not have a confirmed Paypal address, we can accept payment via US Mail by Postal Money order to the address you specify.



"Do you dropship or wholesale?"

Some of our items are available to purchase wholesale or have dropshipped at www.sweetwillowrose.com. We are unable to dropship any items ordered on Lavender Faire.
